  Eligible licensed and certified attendees will receive CE certificates when applicable.

Mock Inspection

• Your Compliance Program includes one annual Mock Inspection for each covered practice location. 

  Mock Inspections may be conducted virtually or onsite. Learn2Prevent will determine the appropriate delivery method based on practice needs, location, compliance risk, scheduling, and scope.

  Following your Mock Inspection, you'll receive guidance to help address identified findings.

New Hire & OnDemand Training

Ongoing Compliance Support

Compliance questions come up throughout the year. Your program includes ongoing guidance for routine practice questions, policies, recordkeeping, and findings from your annual Mock Inspection. 

Support may be provided by phone, email, virtual meeting, or onsite when appropriate.

Significant remediation or regulatory recovery may require a separate Corrective Action engagement.

Multiple Practice Locations:

Your primary location is $349/month. Additional covered locations are $299/month each. 

Each covered location receives program benefits, including an annual Mock Inspection. One combined annual live training event is included for the organization; additional training dates may be priced separately.

Program Information:

The Compliance Program requires a 12-month commitment.  Additional live training, additional Mock Inspections, CPR training, significant/out-of-area travel, and Corrective Action services are priced separately. Program renewal and cancellation are subject to your Learn2Prevent service agreement.
